Like the amazing agent that she is, Karly knew about our dream home before we did! She texted me a picture of the flyer Monday morning, we were in the house that afternoon, and offered on it the next day. My husband and I say every day how thankful we are to live here and it’s all because of Karly! Once we had our dream home secured it was time to sell our current house. Karly gave us the advice and support needed to declutter and list during one of the worst times in Grande Prairie! Our home sold in two months, when most homes were taking four to sell.
