It was great working with Karly. She always had a line of communication open with us and answered all of our questions promptly, and handled everything behind the scenes efficiently. She was confident but realistic with her evaluation of our home and we received 3 offers in a 24hour period.
Karly was the best in her field at both our sale transaction and our purchase. She did not pressure us to sell and waited for the timing to be right for us. We got multiple offers above what we expected day one. She was able to offer her expertise to ensure we listed at an ideal time. As for our purchase, she was able to pick up on what we were looking for quickly to guide us to a perfect house. We had to ask multiple questions before closing and she was always quick to respond.
